GENERAL
 

  •  Payment must be paid upfront before we begin working on the project, but can be split up by part (Art/Rigging) and is only accepted via PayPal.
     

  • We have the right to share the finished commission unless a certain period of confidentiality is requested.
     

  • Commissions are not taken on a first-come, first-served. All commission requests will be thoroughly reviewed to ensure that it matches our strengths.

  • Once an invoice is sent, payment must be made within 3 days.
     

  • We will contact the client via discord or email to report on progress checks.
     

  • We have the right to refuse any project.

  • All products include a Commercial License.

  • Refunds, or cancellations, are only allowed during the sketch phase.
     

  • Visual references in hand mood boards are preferred, but detailed written descriptions are also acceptable.
     

  • Please let us know of any revisions when we send you the sketch! 1 - 2 revisions are allowed major revisions after the sketch phase will be charged.
     

  • Commissions take around 2-4 weeks or longer.
     

  • Always credit the artist as "Stone(@Ksorede)".

DON'ts

RIGGing
 

  • Includes one set of ears (if your character has both human and animal ears, the second pair of ears will be an add-on).
     

  • If you have a preferred pose or expression feel free to let us know.
     

  • Refunds or cancellations are not allowed unless stated otherwise.
     

  • Please make sure that the .psd file is ready to rig or we can communicate with your artist so that we may be able to work with your model.
     

  • Maybe I'll ask for a revision of some parts later on.
     

  • The finished model files provided to the client are only for runtime use.
     

  • Commissions take around 3-4 weeks or longer.
     

  • The texture size will be set to 4096x4096 but can be reduced if necessary.

workflow
 

  1. Commission application via Google Forms; those whose applications were accepted will be contacted within a week after the application deadline.
     

  2. A quote is provided after details are discussed.
     

  3. Invoice sent to client (via PayPal).
     

  4. Invoice is paid; work on the commission begins.
     

  5. Work in Progress shots (WIPs) will be shared along the way, and the client will be able to request changes.
     

  6. Once the model is complete, We will send a file with the runtime model folder for VtubeStudio.
     

  7. If the client requests any minor changes after testing the model, these will be fixed, and we will send a new version of the files.
     

  8. We can discuss scheduling if you want additions or new stuff added to your model at a later time. We will prioritize any current commissions we are working on over any changes or additions to previous versions.
